Coming back around to an exhaust tip solution.

Found a decent slip on tip at Wal Mart for $12.95. Still need to play with the adjustment but a good start for little money.

Looks cool and the price is right.
I got a similar from Bora but paid over $60 bucks and had to cut the original pipe about 3" to make it fit.

Was it st-st or chrome plated? The reason I ask is because I got a $12 chrome plated one and it started to develop rust pits in less than six months. Got a polished st-st from Magnaflow for about $40 and it's still shiny. Once again I learned that you get what you pay for.

Still had the wrapper laying around in the garage and it turns out that the tip is Stainless Steel.

You got a good deal on this one.
Did you had to cut your pipe off too?

No need to cut the pipe. However I feel it's still 1" - 2" too long. Plan is to loosen the exhaust hanger and slip the tip in between the hanger clamp and the original pipe.

Yes I had to cut it the same. As close to the hanger as possible with enough to still clamp it on.

Pull up Straps for Front Seats

I installed these straps to help my wife into the front seats. I put them on both sides driver and passenger and they work very well.

I made them out of 1" climb tech tubular webbing and on edges fitted fasteners to mount to existing pull up OEM bar. I installed behind the OEM bar. They can be made longer or shorter by wrapping them around the grab handle of the OEM bar. Handles are sure grip snowmobile with end cut off to run webbing through.

Even though my wife is 5'7", she is now older and this helps her a lot.

Just received my folding table. Great product and fits like it was made for the AI. Thanks for the tip.

Seat belts on the ottomans

Does any one know if it is possible to put seat belts on the two ottomans?

The streetside one has a seat belt and this year if you delete the wardrobe over the curbside one, it has seatbelts also for a 9-psgr configuration.

Have you checked underneath as they do have a tendency to fall down when converting to the bed configuration?

I am looking into buying a 2010 AI and I don't think they come with seat belts on the ottomans
