Interstate / Basecamp combo Question

The basecamp has an a/c unit and I am wondering if it would be possible to utilize the generator on the Interstate to power the basecamp a/c unit and charge the battery?

Ok... anything is possible... Let me rephrase, how could this be accomplished?

Not sure what a basecamp is but if the A/C unit is 110VAC, you could plug in to the outlet on the outside of the AS. Same w/ the battery charger.

Need to know the generator output (capacity) and AC unit rating (btu/hr and watt consumption).
My little Honda 1000watt genny will operate my 5,000 btu/hr AC unit that I install in the side window of my Tradewind after I get to the campground if is is hot enough.

Hi, I would say yes, but it might not be able to run the air conditioners on both units at the same time. Then again it might. Need to know all of the specs for air conditioners and generator.
