High pitched subtle squeal

We suddenly have a high pitched electronic squeal, not particularly loud, and no warning messages. Might come and go, or gets drowned out by other noise occasionally. Only when we are moving. And ideas?

According to what I remember reading in the Sprinter owner's manual, the Electronic Stability control and Traction Control systems can differentially apply brakes if necessary to keep you tracking straight and not skidding, including just one brake at a time if necessary, and even if you haven't pressed the brake pedal. A squeal from said brake is entirely possible, and wouldn't necessarily be a symptom of a problem.

I had a high pitched, almost sub-audible squeal on a recent trip. It went away when I changed the Sirius channel.
