So- all of them have mega passenger capacity.
I think an Interstate would be a good family car/soccer mom mobile.

Not all of them; those with the single beds in the rear can seat either 3 or 2 (with belts).

Our rear single benches, which make into a queen sized bed, easily seat 3 on each side/bench, with seat belts, if that is what you mean by single beds. We have never used them that way, 
We can comfortably carry 8, front and rear.

Actually it's in the brochure which you can see on the Colonial Airstream website here:

Wow, I am so intrigued that there is a nine-seated option for an interstate! (especially since have seen kids.) hmmm, it could be my daily driver, and husband and I could use it for getaways for just the two of us...... Okay, daydream over! We could never afford it. But it sure is gorgeous.
