No idea, because I've never seen one. However, four alternate possibilities:
1 - On the B-pillars just behind both front doors, there should be a clothes hook. They are awkwardly located for hanging clothes, but you can get an automobile clothes rod to hang between them. I have one, and while I don't hang suits on it, I use it for drying towels inside during inclement weather. You could also hang a curtain on a clothes rod like this to provide visual separation between the cab and the living spaces for short-duration stops where you don't want to mess with the windshield cover.
2 - Mercedes Benz makes a very nice coat hanger that fits the front-seat headrests:
I have one on my passenger-side front seat for hanging my raincoat since it's convenient to the sliding side door.
3 - An over-the-cabinet-door clothes hook can be hung on your wardrobe cabinet door aft of the bathroom. I don't have the clothes hook, but I do have an over-the-cabinet-door towel bar, which is a fast way to add a second towel bar to the wet bath.
4 - Command Adhesive clothes hooks. 3M Command Adhesive hooks let you add hooks to the expansion panel of the wet bath without drilling holes. I put one of these hooks inside the wet bath for hanging a bath brush.
