First time dumping tanks and only gray works

Hopefully I am doing something wrong the light for the gray valve stays lit constantly and the black valve will not light up this is on a 2016 interstate and didn't notice it till I got to my first campsite today

Never mind just figured out you have to hold the button down and not just press them like they told me in the walk around hahahaha

Also, I believe the black has to be closed before you can open the grey. I doing things automatically and don't recall all the details without walking through them. Happy camping.

On my 2011, you could actually open both valves at the same time, not that would be a good idea. Just saying.

On the newer models Dalwyn is correct. One must be closed for the other to open. At least that's how it works on my '17......
