Bug deflector

Has anyone found a bug deflector for the Interstate? We have had two stone chips in 6 months of owning our vehicle.

Haven't seen a bug deflector, but there are companies out there that can install a clear color bra over most of the front end.

If like to find a nice front bra for interstate for long trips.

The clear permanent ones are to expensive and yellow over time.

Having seen what those fake leather bras do to the front end of vehicles when left on too long, I think I'm better off with rock chips and touch-up paint.

I'm with Protag on this one. Installed one on my first new car when I was 19 and damaged the paint over time. Never again. I've never used the clear stick on ones, but if they come off easy I'd prefer that over a vinyl one for sure.

I agree if you leave it on it would damage paint, but I would only use for trips.

I also remember using them
Twenty or so years ago, not for keeping bugs off, but because they were "cool"!

My experience was that hiway speeds is what caused the rubbing/chaffing that marred the paint.
