Black Tank Valve Stuck in ON. Tank not emptying.

Whelp, made it to Wyoming. Last night I tried to empty the black tank and I noticed it was not emptying at any decent pace. Eventually none at all. Now at 60% and nothing coming out. Macerator is working fine so it "sounds." After I tried to shut it down and switch to the grey and the black valve would not go off. It has been on all day and I keep trying at every stop. No luck. I have done the following:

1. Extended hose all the way out and tried in different positions and length.
2. Added a lot of water to the toilet (warm as I read somewhere) and nothing.
3. Kicked the tires. (That's a joke)
4. Stopped at 4 repair spots in Montana and Wyoming and was told to come back in two weeks. (yeah, as if)

Any ideas?

EYECHIP - sorry to hear, maybe something lodged in macerator hose? You ought to be able to open/close valve manually if you disconnect link from its motor. Pic of mine with valve closed and open. Both show with bracket bolted/attaching valve gate to motor linear gear. Sometimes one valve wont open because it thinks other is still open (sensor driven). So, try opening the black all the way out again, then try to close all the way in. If its just a sensing issue, that may help. This almost calls for a helper to be able to spot if valve is truly moving/opening/closing. Maybe your connecting bracket to motor fell off. Won't be the first time something dislodged from undercarriage. I had to tighten a few things preemptively down there. Best of luck.
