This is not an unusual problem and I had the same thing happen to my 2010 Interstate. The cause was that the foam gasket that is intended to seal the vent when it is closed (pulled down) came loose and was sucked into the fan blades preventing them from turning. The fix was to remove the vent cover from the top of the van and remove the old gasket material including the pieces stuck in the fan blades and install new a new foam gasket made from household weather strip material.

Mine quit. Dealer removed & reinstalled and it worked. I hate it when that happens cuz I know it will fail again.

If there is no obstruction to the fan blades and the fuse is ok, try jumping across the switch. I just replaced the original plastic bodied switch on mine and all is well again.

I see that this is a pretty old conversation, but I just bought a used 2018 Interstate, and the bathroom exhaust fan wasn't working. The foam had come loose and was tangled up in the fan blades. I climbed up to the roof and extracted the foam, but the fan still didn't work. I disassembled things from below and found a thermal fuse taped to the side of the fan motor. The switch and motor tested good, but the thermal fuse was bad/blown. I've ordered a new thermal fuse ($7 for a pack of 5) and expect that to fix the problem... unless the motor is semi-bad and overheating. I'm hopeful that it just overheated once - when it got tangled up with the foam - and that this single overheating event did no significant permanent damage to the motor.

I seem to recall from another post some time back that their vent motor had failed in the same way and was fixed by your remedy. Let's hope the thermal fuse was simply doing it's job.
