B190 Frig Change

I have a 1998 B190. I'm thinking of removing the micro wave and installing a larger frig. Don't use the micro, and my frig is not the best. Anyone ever do this? If so, what did you use as a replacement?
thanks,
mike thompson

What model fridge do you have? If it's a 24" model you may have some options. If it's a 23 inch model, you may need cabinet modifications.

Since we don't have many active B190 members a pic could help.

Welcome to Air Forums, Meaux. I don't know what fridge model is shown in these screengrabs, and I don't know if it would fit in your rig, but if you were interested, you could look it up by searching for an owners manual on the 2013 Roadtrek CS Adventurous.

Like all or at least most of the T1N Sprinter-based Airstream camper vans, we have a Dometic 2351 fridge which is very small and has almost no freezer. This puppy caught my eye when I saw it in this video. It's got a *huge* freezer which would potentially eliminate the need to take a separate cooler on long trips. This is a Sprinter-based unit and so Roadtrek was able to stack the microwave on top of that fridge due to the roof height. To me, that is ideal in terms of space efficiency, and it is definitely the configuration that my husband and I will choose for that part of the design if we ever decide to build our own Class B.

Here's the full YouTube from which I got the screengrabs:
