B-van flexsteel seat

Does anyone know how to get the upolstered cover off a fleexsteel passenger seat from a B-190. I broke the seat back release lever and bought a new one from Flexsteel. I can't see how to get the upolstered top of the armrest off to put the replacement on. Thanks for any help in advance.

Hello, so that you do not ruin the cover take it to a upolsterey shop and have them open it up for you.

Late note on this, I finally got around to fixing this last week. There is a screw on the back of the arm, where it pivots, just take it out and lift the top of the arm off.
