Are any of the Interstate gauges accurate?

I've a 2016 Interstate and I wonder if any of the gauges... Black, grey, fresh, and LP are accurate at all?? Yesterday I tried to use fresh water at the sink with a 1/3 fresh water being indicated, and no water, pumping air, bone dry, but indicating 1/3 full. My LP shows 1/3 available and I've hardy use any since it was filled.

Wondering if others are experiencing this? I'm sure that airstream service loves these service calls.

If you are level, they should be mostly accurate. They use stick-on sensor pads and if they come lose or they are not placed right, the gauge will be in error.

There's also a gauge on the LP tank itself you can check but it involves getting in a position to see it.
