Just looked at my AI manual as well as the Mercedes Sprinter manual and the jacking points are not very clear. Anybody have pics or diagrams for this. Specifically interested in new chassiss design if there is a difference. I think all the 1 tons should be similiar. The locations indicated in the sprinter manual if they are where I think they are would really only work with the supplied bottle jack, so where do the tire shops/ dealers jack these up?
I have a slow leak in a rear tire and want to know the correct location of the jacking points before I go to a tire shop. Thanks
The exact rear jack point on RH side is impossible due to tanks installed by AS. I lifted mine just over a bit on the opposite side of frame mount for the forward end of leaf springs.
When I had a tire changed by CoachNet the mechanic just used a low profile air jack right under the rear axle just inside the inner tire.
Hope this helds

I would not use the axle as a jack point, as Mercedes has emphatically told me that you should use the forward frame mounts for the leaf springs when the OEM jack point is inaccessible. I always use the front jack points regardless.

The guy from Coach Net used his jack and lifted by the axel. Just like Mercedes said NOT to. The jack points on my 2013 AI EXT are blocked by the propane tank.
