Airstream Avenue

AS Avenue

Listed as a 2011 Model based on the Chevy Express platform. Looks very nice and a high-end competitor to the RT190V. Ben

I noticed these on the Colonial site too; they do look very nice if you can give up 2 feet of space. Interesting that they are showing up on dealer lots and still don't appear on the Airstream website.

They look pretty nice, but $100,000? Wow. Somehow I think the B190s and Interstate models will be in demand for a LONG time. I guess this is the normal price climb over time for these, but it still seems like a lot of money for a rather small camper.

My first thought on looking at them was that they might be built by or licensed from Roadtrek, because they do really look like a Roadtrek...

Well, the 2011 Roadtrek 190V lists around 95K so it's competitive. All things considered, Class B RV's are still expensive when compared to A/C RV's but can double as primary or secondary vehicle in many cases.

According to the Sr. Cust. Service rep. I've spoken to, they are built by AS in Jackson Center.
