Anyone know when we can expect the 2018s to come out?

Like auto industry new models show up in September. I bought my 2013 model in October 2012.

Yep, for Airstreams the next model year seems to show up around the middle of the current year. So, I'd expect to start seeing details / availability on 2018 models in mid-2017.

That would be telling. It's not like we know yet. Airstream will tell us when they tell us. First glimpses usually happen at the annual dealer meeting. Keep an eye out for that.

We purchased our brand new 2015 on October 2, 2014. We were slightly surprised to find that she had been produced in May of 2014. I didn't think that they had started 2015 production that early.

We have a 2018 FC on order that is scheduled to ship from JC on June 6th. Our dealer told us about two weeks ago that he had heard that the 2018 TT's will have a true multi-stage battery converter, a change of some sort to the Use/Store switch and possibly some changes to pillow/duvet fabric. It was my understanding that this week is the annual dealer meeting so I would expect to start hearing some news of 2018 changes early next week. If nothing else my 2018 should be here in 3 weeks and then I'll know for sure what changed.

There is an Onan Resonator currently available. I put one on mine and it helps. Deeper more pleasant sound. Think it was about 35 bucks and a muffler shop charged me about 50 to weld it in.

I would consider paying for the generator, water heater, multiplex controls, and 300w solar upgrades to our 2017. Probably most won't be possible or would be prohibitively expensive?

And it never made sense to me that I had to pay extra to not have the wardrobe closet above the side seat!

I put it on mine and while it did reduce the exhaust noise somewhat, it can't affect the noise generated by the air-cooled engine and accompanying vibration. I could still tell when it started even when traveling at 65 mph.

Mine sounds like an angry gnome is trying to hammer its way through the bottom of the coach. One of these days I'll crawl under there and fix it.....

Just came back from our local dealer. Didn't get to speak with him as he was with someone else but did talk to his wife. She confirmed some changes to bedspread/pillows and also said she heard that the 19' International was being discontinued and a 19' Tommy Bahama was coming out.
