Much thanks. Got a number for the battery tray?

Correct. The datacard for Bill's 2013 shows both E28 and E36. I assume the battery tray is included but I don't have the number. If I get a chance I'll look on EPCnet.

Here's a parts blowup with part numbers for a 2013 with additional battery. (via EPCnet)

Additional battery parts_epcnet.pdf

Hope this helps.

Thanks. Unfortunately, I'll have to put the auxiliary chassis battery project on the back burner; I need to figure out why my generator won't start, first. Cranks just fine, but won't catch. I'm taking it to the dealer tomorrow, since it may be a warranty issue.

I don't like the idea of having the generator inoperable during hurricane season; no telling when I might have to do some impromptu boondocking during an evacuation.

This sounds silly but it happened to me. Forgot to turn on propane switch one time. Won't happen again since I put a second switch inside.

While I was installing the second switch, I noticed that the generator was label Cummings. Maybe that was who made the enclosure. Don't know.

Onan is a division of Cummins.

Good thought, but I know it wasn't that. I lit a stove burner first to verify that the propane was flowing, then turned off the stove burner to make sure nothing was taking propane away from the generator when I tried to start it. No joy.

Cummins/Onan is all one company these days, just different divisions.

I follow all of the posts on this forum, but I did not "chime in " since I could add nothing to the excellent input from all the other posters.....
