Tincampers has one, as he has already stated.
But the Interstate, as with most other RVs, has a lot of features that are not specific to one model year or one floor plan. So feel free to ask whatever questions you have, and we'll try to help even if we don't have a 2006 mid-bath Interstate.

It’s what I have had 10 1/2 years, with 193,000 miles.
Tho I’m not mechanically inclined, I do have a lot of experience and there are others here who can answer those kinds of questions.
Ask away, you will get answers.

Does your mid-bath have the rear ‘sleeper’ (Long jackknife couches) or with the ‘couch’ across the back?
(Several active users with rear sleeper)

Our friend Jannie's is like the second one on the diagram- rear bath and kitchen and a couch on each side.

Airstream itself was somewhat sloppy with terminology. They used "mid-bath" in various pieces of literature, but really, the four T1N models were DT, RS, FS, and RD. The RS and the RD are both "mid-bath" models. The other two are "rear-bath".
You (OP) may have found this reference already, but I run the only known T1N Interstate blog ( here) which, in addition to this forum, could be useful for general familiarization with the model's features as well as numerous maintenance and repair issues.

Everyone who has a TIN Sprinter Interstate should be familiar with the blog mentioned above by Interblog. The address is www.interstateblog@blogspot.com and thanks to the very capable authors you will find a wealth of very useful and in many cases unique information to make your Airstream Interstate experience much more enjoyable.
As you may guess I am a huge fan of their blog and have shamelessly stolen ideas and helpful tips which have helped us enjoy our life on the road much more.

Interesting that Airstream only shows that one for 2007, but I believe they would change mid-year if they felt like it.
What year is your base Sprinter?
Mine is a 2005, I wonder if yours was later, a 2006 model and so perhaps a early 2007, but sold as a 2006.
(Looking up the VIN will tell you).
There are certainly major differences in the models on where things are located and even how big/many of some things. The rear bath do a combined grey/black water tank, the mid bath separate. I understand some mid-bath have the ‘house’ battery in the rear, but most seem to have it under the passenger seat.
that is what knowing exactly which layout you have is important when you are asking questions, since some will be different. Even different years will be different. IB’s rear sleeper (same model as mine) but a year newer has different sink, faucets, stove top and I think furnace control. Other stuff also.

Could be. I compiled those year designations from a variety of old literature, which was suspected to be incomplete in those years. The RD model could have initiated sooner than available materials suggested at the time when I put that diagram together.
Edit: There's also the confound of the closely-related Parkway which, according to ITS available literature, definitely did not have an RD model available in 2006 ( PDF link).

Mine is a 2006 chassis registered as a 2007 Airstream. I found a date code of Sept 07 on my water heater. Makes me think I have a late 2007 built at the bottom of the market.

Our TIN Interstate is a 2006 Sprinter (was a Freightliner but now rebadged with Mercedes grill and wheel hubs -(? anyone want a Freightliner grill and hood trim piece for free). It was first registered on the road in April 2007 and has the "mid bath", the lift up smoked glass covers over both the Dometic sink and the 2 burner stove and has the bed across the rear - It has separate black and grey water tanks and the house battery is slung under the floor at the rear on the driver's side. The spare tire is mounted on a swing away rack outside of the driver side rear door and there is a storage well where the spare tire would be and the removable cover for it becomes an extra table using the pole stand and 3 legged foot piece found in the storage well. Not sure what it's "official" Airstream nomenclature would be but the best fit is the "2007 Rear Dinette" from Interblog's post. No matter what it's called -- We love it!

so, little late but thanks for all the responses...after having this class b for a bit, I have figured out a few things but still have questions...first, I do think this was a 2007 fit out on a 2006 sprinter van because diagrams above do not match but no big deal...Love this airstream!
so, does anyone have information where you can find the correct shower curtain replacement for this mid bath? Thanks much!

I have an '04 mid-sleeper, rear bath. The shower curtains, to my knowledge, are no longer available. At least I couldn't find one when I bought my coach in '19. Necessity being the mother of invention, I bought a cloth shower curtain and used small plastic wire ties to attach it to the rollers on the track. It works fine.
