You Know It's Been Too Long Since Your Last Trip When...

You know it's been too long since your last trip when....

Your dog decides it's departure day ....

and then gets disgusted and goes back inside because he's crate isn't in the truck ....

Hagar, our Great Dane won't get near the back of the pick up, we had to buy him a motorhome for travel. When we come back from a trip it takes about a week before he stops running out and sitting by the moho door everytime he goes outside.

The vet loves him because he's the only dog they treat that has his own moho to come to the office for a check up.

Cheers, Dan

We tried to tell him it's only 13 more days.. but he just doesn't get it. It's worse when the crate finally gets put in the back...

And I though Drake was a character.... I really hope to meet Hagar one day! I'd also like to see a picture of your vet's face the first time you pulled into the parking lot with the moho for Hagar....priceless!

Amazing the crazy things we do for our dogs....

By the time we get the saddle loaded... there's no room for the dog!

We are taking a meandering trip across the country this summer and if we get anywhere near OK we will look you up. The only schedule is we have to be in Conn. mid Aug. Beyond that we are just kind of going wherever it looks interesting.

Cheers, Dan

You won't find us in OK after June 1st...we're heading out on a 4+ month excursion across the NW and down to four corners....perhaps we'll see you out that way!

We might just cross somewhere along the way. We are leaving toward the end of June and may go north or south of the Great Lakes depending on how the weather looks. Would like to get up to Nova Scotia and come back through the South if it cools down some. We don't like the heat and humidity. We will just keep an eye on the Airforums to keep in touch.

Have a great trip.

Cheers, Dan

We will probably be doing that trip is likely next summer. Being born in the south, I don't like the heat and humidity either so we are headed north. I want to try the theory of migration... North for the summer and deep south for the winter

You have a great trip too and keep safe!
