Depends where I am

Our two 150# buddies use available floor space most of the time, but swap each other for couch time in the middle of the night .

They love 'morning coffee served in bed' because they are allowed to join my wife for 20-30 minutes to "warm her feet" as she lingers.

Half of the 'stream team!

Not many pics, none in the Airstream, but a few that show the size of these 150 pound, laid-back loafers. Actually, these two are the smallest we've owned of six over the years. The rest ranged from 175 to 205 lbs and a few inches taller.

Here are: proper ottoman use, a hand versus paw comparison, and hanging out in the truck at camp.

I hauled my new '85 31' Excella home yesterday. I was just wondering about this today. 150lb + Karakachan livestock guardian dog whose job it is to watch over me and the house. He'll be in there with the hyper active Border Collie and at least one cat. Why I got the longer trailer. We'll all be living in it on the ranch. I'm guessing the living room couch and a twin bed.

Where do your pooches sleep?

Wherever he wants!

Our 70 lb labradoodle is named Traveller...our daughter attended Washington and Lee University, and Traveller was General Lee's beloved horse.

So we don't have a travel trailer, we have Traveller's trailer, purchased so he could come wherever we went.

The front half of the rig is called General Lee, naturally!

I am a hunter, and somehow my lab will always end up in a brackish pond or in a tangle with a skunk; he's generally not allowed to sleep in the Airstream. I keep a dog crate in the back of my F250, wrapped in an insulated kennel cover from Cabelas. I also have a cap on the bed of the truck to protect from wind and rain. During the colder months, he gets a heating pad (plugged into the AC outlet on the airstream) under his crate pad, and he's snug as a bug in a rug. He even has his own ramp to get in and out of the truck. Here's the newest hunter:

We travel with 2 teacup Yorkies and a Pomeranian. All 3 sleep with us in the double at night. The tiny one- 3.5lb Yorkie, is the only one who can jump on the divan. She reigns from above during the day while the other two are banished to a (gulp) dog bed (sigh) on the floor!

Our boarder terrier sleeps and travels in her den, also known as a crate. She seems to be very content in it.
