The German Shepherd sleeps on the floor between the bed and front bulkhead. I don't know how she squeezes her 70 lbs in there. The lab sleeps on the floor on the opposite side but when is is really cold they both wedge in at the foot of the bed where the furnace duct is.

People get the furniture and the dogs get the floor.

So, my confession is that our Miniature Doberman Pincer (MinPin), Mischief is a freeze baby, and he sleeps under the covers with us in bed every night. He's a hog too, and I usually end up with very little of the mattress to call my own. I sometimes feel like the peanut butter in a sandwich that got sat on!

My male lab sleeps on a dog bed on the floor until bedtime, then he moves up onto the front sofa. My female lab wouldn't dream of sleeping anywhere but up on the bed with me. There we also have the two cats to keep us company. One big happy family...

Just curious, what do you do?
I dropped the dinette table in our 34......one big crate on each booth on the bottom and a medium one crosswise between them; then the top condos are three medium crates across the top. Each dog (7) have their own crate - except for two schnauzers who love their 'roomies'......and the toy who shares space with our 15y/o cat, Petey. They love their crates - and have used this arrangement since they were pups. They take their runs and outs in groups....eat, drink, and then want back in their own space to sleep.....except for one little white schnauzer who decorates my pillow with his presence every night.......that's 'Kruizin Dude'......he rules! Size wise we go from a 110# Giant Schnauzer to a 10# Toy Schnauzer - and a 15# cat. It works just fine - and no one wants to break into our coach

My Great Dane sleeps on the couch or the bed, my Husky sleeps on the floor, and my cats are everywhere!

I don't think I've ever seen so many spoiled dog pictures in one place! - I'm feeling guilty -"Attica" obviously suffers cruel and unusual punishment! - she sleeps ... with her "blankey" ... on a rug ... on the floor .....

Moose sleeps on his cow skin rug under the dinette at night. During the day while lounging about camp he sleeps in his very own doggy lawn chair.

We cover the sofa in the Westy with a full sheet for Cooper our 22lb broken coat Jack Russell. I swear he sheds a new dog every week. We put an orthopedic memory foam dog bed on the sofa for added comfort. During travel he is attached to his seat belt for safety and sits behind Dad's driver seat so that he has a good view of his favorite person, Mom, in the passenger seat. He even has enough slack to jump off the sofa and use his bowls that sit on the floor. At night he is close enough that we can reach down from the bunk and pet him.

He never asks to come up and I would be afraid he would fall out of the bunk anyway. We never use the safety net.

The strange thing about Cooper is that when left in our truck he sits quietly and waits for our return. When we left him alone in the CCD we used to own he would howl and carry on. Now, when we leave him in the Westy he sits calmly like he he does in the truck. My theory is that he views the Westy more comparable to the Truck than the trailer.

It's called a Coleman Bone Lounger...Google it. I bought it online but I can't remember where as it was about 3 years ago. He uses it all the time and loves it. He is about 110 lbs and he does bottom out when he lays in it. It's supposedly made for dogs UP to 100 lbs. They have other smaller sizes too. The good thing is it folds up into a nice little package that about 8"x40". It's made well and the fabric is cordura so it's easy to keep clean and doesn't act like a hair magnet!
