We traveled about 6-7 hours the first day, stayed with relatives over the new year. Spent 5 hours on the road and stopped for 2 nights in a Georgia state park. Each time we had the fish inside of 2-5 gallon Ziploc bags, inside a tall Rubbermaid tub, moving them from the TV to a house or AS at each stop. The minimal tank sloshing went into the Ziplocs, and the bags started leaking, discovered at the Georgia state park, but only a little. We had to add water at each stop anyway. Aerator and tank heater were plugged into our TV's inverter.
Finished the trip last night and set up camp here in Florida. The fish are happy and healthy, jumping and swimming like always. This system seems to work, at least for Cory catfish. We have several more stops between now and April but I feel confident they'll do OK.
