If by "fun," you mean, be with you all the time, meet all kinds of people and dogs, get lots of walks/hikes...then Leo will be having tons of fun!

Otherwise, what does Leo like to do?

I suspect that as long as he is with you, he'll be having as much fun as he can handle. Just do what you normally do, but while you're travelling. A long lead/tie out for when you're at camp is the only extra thing you might need in addition to his toys, bed, food and water.

You may want to search for threads here (using search tab in blue bar above..) for other info on travel with dogs.. There are some campgrounds that take dim view of leaving dogs in trailers when you go out for excursion, (especially territorial ones that bark when they hear any noise near their "house"..), and there are also risks of serious heat issues if left inside on hot day and power or A/C fails.. Finally, there are increasing rules or guidelines around where to put dog in vehicle when driving, and whether to get restraints or let dog bounce around, and potentially get hurt in an accident... At more basic level, travel with family pets is major reason many people travel by RV, and you will generally run into lots of other campers with dogs as you travel...

RV dogs

Many, many pets everywhere, and it is a rare exception where they are unwelcome! Just pick up after them.
