"Yorkie" stream...

We normally travel with three Yorkshire terriers. For the better part of October and November, we traveled with seven Yorkies as mom (Shelby) and dad (Cooper) managed to procreate during our July trip to Wyoming and South Dakota. All four of the puppies have since moved on to new homes and very happy owners.

The new kid on the forum...

...introducing Wilson, our new Dudley Yellow Lab. He is 11 weeks as of this photo taken New Years Day. Here he is with his older brother Moose, our 5 year old Dudley Yellow Lab...no relation. Moose graciously accepted Wilson as his best buddy and the result is one hilarious event after another. Wilson goes on his first Airstream trip in two weeks for a 3 day jaunt to Half Moon Bay. Should be interesting!

How adorable. This pic looks like it should be in an LL Bean or Ducks Unlimited catalog. They too cute!

Heidi is ready for her hike!

Here is a photo of our Std. Poodle Heidi when we are caming at Morro Bay State Park CG last month. She loved her Doggles the moment we put them on... the hiking boots took a little longer for her to get use to.

New to this RV lark, I've discovered that we lack one essential item; a pet! Everyone has a dog or parrot or whatever. Even saw a big fluffy cat tied to a motor home the other day with a very long leash. I hoped the owners remembered to bring him in when they set off. :~)

The great thing about Poodles is that they don’t shed at all. Since they have hair and not fur, they are also hyper-allergenic. We love our little girl and she loves camping.

Our male great dane, Luke, is convinced he's a lap dog. It's not as much as issue at home on the couch, but it's a bit more precarious on the folding camp chair...

They always know where the bed(s) are.

BTW, that silver-metal thing on the bedside table isn't what you think it is. (blushing)

It's a die-cast model of a U.S. Navy blimp.

Am enjoying these pictures of your beloved pets.

I'm stuck here in this SOB!

Our Havanese boy Brody, visiting his girlfriend, Belle. As you can see, the SOB wasn't too exciting!

our two Briard`s ("Berger de brie", french sheepdog);

"Ozzy" Enchanted Crazy Train (breeder: Home )
he is 3.5 years old....

Ozzy loves to run AKC Agility and already collected a bunch of titles (MX, AXJ, XF as well as the CGC)
he also made it to the Long Beach Invitationals.

"Armas" Debutant Montbard de Bethune (breeder: Briards Montbard de Bethune )
today he is one year old ...

Armas is still too young to start Agility ...
but he is already showing great potential and is learning amazingly fast (on a "reduced jump height" course to protect his young body )

we travel to a lot of Agility events and the boys have a blast every time...

not only is it a great way to "bond" and "do something" with your dog ,
it is also a great way to burn energy and keep the dogs fit (if we would skip the BBQ & Beer when we camp it would also keep our body`s fit )

more and more Agility clubs have fully fenced "free run" areas where the boys can play with each other or meet other dogs...

if anybody would like to try Agility i would recommend to contact your local club and enter in a "funrun";
no judge, no pressure, ... just running for the fun of it.
its a great way to check if Agility is something for you and your dog
