we know the heartbreak

When my pal and buddy Peabody had to go because of a aggressive cancer, my heart was ripped open with a hole big enough to drive a mack truck through
and that was three years ago this week;

the hole was so big we had to get two more to try to fill the void..(Pearl..who is a joy and Puppy (Peabody II is also special...

.they help quite a bit,
and now i'm down to crying only once a day...all day long

but the puppies help me smile and i can see Peabody every morning; as he is the brightest star in the sky...

sorry for you puppies help

We have just moved and the lane to our house...I renamed Peabody Lane complete with sign

and I am developing a memorial park on our property......

I've got it bad, he is in my heart forever

and the Four P's(Paula, Phoenix and Peabody II and Pearl)…Peabody is here…..

I re-read your thread today. I don't know how I mis-read the first time and thought that you had an elderly dog, not a 14 MONTH old one. It's hideous to lose a dog that young and not have a clue what caused it. One thing my vet reminded me of was to be very, very vigilant about keeping ALL anti-freeze away from pets, even drips on a garage floor. It tastes sweet and is dangerous to all animals and children. If it's spilled wet/dry vac it up and scrub the floor.

Cockers are the sweetest dogs and Fiona Dos is a beauty. Those big brown eyes just say "you can't resist loving me". You'll never forget your first pup, but F.D. will find her own place in your hearts and lives.

Today is a gift, that's why they call it the present.
