Frame Mounted Eye Bolt for the Dog/Security

I recently noticed that the Eddie Bauer has Tie Down attachments on the back bumper / frame.. I had always wanted to install an eye bolt here for both a dog leash (we currently use the steps on our 27FB which means .. he's always seems to get in the way...) in addition to a way to attach a cable lock for our bikes or generator while camping.

This seems like a really easy fix .. so just looking for ideas from a few folks..
