A few new Pics of my two

Kai has made himself right at home on the front gaucho

"I'm staying in here, it's wet out there."

Samm prefers to sit out front on the makeshift patio:

Cameron,
Beautiful Labs, but my beagle takes up considerably much less room in our trailer...

There's a lot to be said for smaller breeds when you're limited on space! It'll be interesting once I'm moved in and living in the Tradewind full time while my house gets built. Fortunately there are three gauchos. One for each of us!

There will be plenty of room. Typically we have an 80 lb. German Shepherd-Bird Dog mix, a 40 lb. English Setter, a 6 lb. Chichuhua, 3 adults and one 2 year old. And everbody has to sleep in a bed. It's cozy, but it works!

We have come to expect great Lab photos from you. Thanks...

When are you going to get a Yellow Lab and complete the set?

For a small dog our beagle can sure take up a lot of room if he wants to. If he gets up on the sofa and sprawls out he can probably occupy more room than one of your labs. And of course my wife and I would never think of making him get down so we can be comfortable.

And what makes you think for even a second the other two will not want to sleep in the same gaucho you are? Ask how I know this happens...

A full variety pack will have to wait until the house is built. Of course, if I were a rational person, I'd wait until these two are older and have slowed down some.

I know full well that there will be two labs piled on top of me. I'm still trying to figure out how I might get my queen sized bed to fit in the trailer.

A plywood base, and some 1x3 framing pieces. Of course, you'll have to crawl over the bed to get to the toilet, but no solution is perfekt.

I had thought of that, but crawling over the bed to get to the bathroom seems like it would get old pretty quick. I was thinking I might try to come up with a scheme to turn the mid-section, where the twins are, into a living room/lounge area and turn the front goucho into a full time front bedroom area.

That may be a better choice. Ron Kaes (pizzachop) made a pretty large front bed area for the front of their coach. You may be able to do something similar in front of yours. I can see a gaucho on one side of the middle area of your trailer, with an "entertainment center" on the opposite side. Depending on what your interests are, you could have a TV, DVD/VCR, and a small worktop for a laptop on the other side.

This is exactly what I'm thinking. The combination work area/entertainment centre would be ideal.
