Dogs: Stack them or Pack them in pairs

This is how we manage to share space with our two Blue Heelers, aka Australian Cattle Dogs.

Now we only use the pet porters on the back seat of the tow vehicle and not in the trailer... this has worked well for everyone. One sleeps under the table and the other in the hallway of our current 25 foot International.

Now if Kids could manage to be so cooperative!

We have five smallish pups. Ours live in two crates in the TV on the road, in pairs. The senior male is more controllable, so he lays on the floor of the TV while underway.

A second set of crates is in the AS and is a similar arrangement, except senior male has his own crate. They get walked a lot on the road.

They all think of the AS as a rolling doghouse, I think.
