Did you build it from a kit or have it installed?

I dug one out of my grade in a corner of my lot and have considered a similar type of shelter.
The gravel is 60 x 24. The cover is 32 x 24 x 12

Timely thread.
Since replacing my 4x4 tow vehicle with a 2WD van, I'm having the same issue this spring.

Funny how I almost never used four wheel drive, but then when you need it...

Kicking around the idea of a winch mounted via my front receiver and mounting plate.

I like the idea of being removable.

WARN makes a hulking 12k winch, but I'm thinking that would be overkill since actual rolling pull weight would be much less (don't plan on winching the rig up rock hills). Harbor Freight sells a 9k for about 1/4 the cost.

Hook it up with some 1/0 AWG cables and a plugin connector like this and it's ready to go.

I thought about a portable winch as well. Have you considered come-alongs? A cheaper option if you don't plan on using a winch very often. Not the particular set in the attached picture, but maybe something a little more heavy duty.
