It has been discussed in other forums as well as here several times.

I'm not talking about damage insurance....

Liability insurance (coverage to pay for other peoples injuries or damage to others property) is automatically provided by your Personal Auto Policy when it is hooked up to your TV. However, it appears some companies specifically exclude vintage tow vehicles.

Note I am assuming the vintage vehicle is insured as such, if it is insured as a regular daily driver this should not be an issue.
