Weight?

looking around...Ive been unsuccessful.....where can I find the weight (gross and tongue) for my 1973 29ft Ambassador?

The tongue weight is a direct function of how you load the trailer.

Thanks guys..... I'm considering selling my F350 dually Powerstoke and buying a 3/4 ton Suburban and was wondering if it would pull it safely

KyMoonshine the 'burbs vary in what they will carry depending on how they are set up. GM says that mine will tow 12,000 pounds with 1,200 tongue weight. With different rear axle and power train options the official capacities go down somewhat.

It takes some looking but you can find used 'burbs out there in good shape with the 8.1 liter engine, 4L85e transmission, and 4.10 gears. They're ideal for towing at have the 12,000 pound rating.
