Kelvin,
Are you asking about Texas' 110 affected counties?

All labeling is governed by the FTC. That doesn't mean all pumps are labeled correctly.

•B5, No Label Required: Fuel blends containing no more than 5 percent biodiesel and no more than 5 percent biomass-based diesel and that meet ASTM D975.

•B6-B20 Labels Required: Fuel blends containing more than 5 percent but no more than 20 percent biodiesel or biomass-based diesel.

•B20+ Labels Required: Fuel blends containing more than 20 percent biodiesel or biomass-based diesel.

Not necessarily in Texas. One some of the companies websites it shows you if the location's diesel is biodiesel and at what level. I'm just wondering if you go to one of those locations showing biodiesel if you fuel up at the semi truck islands will it have bio diesel too or non bio?

Kelvin,
I think that question would be best answered by Pilot, Flying J Love's etc. But, keep in mind there is no label required per FTC standards for B5 and below.

I've used 5%and 20% bio while towing. I guess I'm fortunate because I never noticed any difference in performance or mileage. My Duramax manual says it can run up to 20% bio diesel.

The pumps are marked with a label showing biodiesel percentage.I try to avoid biodiesel in general for my vehicle usage.

Recently I filled up at a 'Pilot' station... my 'mileage' went UP! From 10-11MPG to almost 18MPG...!

What did I do wrong so I can do it some more?

Where was the Pilot, New Braunfels? That station serves B20. Majority of Texas Pilots sell B20. Only 1 Pilot in Texas has straight diesel.

What I recall is "no label" on the pump.

Perhaps we need to take this off this particular thread... PM fine with me.
