TV keeps blowing fuses

I have a new 25FB international, and it has blown my tow vehicle fuse twice. Running lights stay on, but the fuse for the charging circuit (I assume) keeps blowing. Its 15 amps. Have kind of noticed it happens when the batteries are more drained.. been having problems with batteries dying fast since I go the rig. They were dead as a doornail when I bought it and asked for new ones, but didn't get replacements.. yet. Has anyone had this happen before?

under warrenty.. make airstream fix the problem and provide NEW batteries.. when they go completely dead, most of the time they are TOAST.

who did you buy the unit from??? they should be responsible to make sure you are HAPPY.
