Hello, all... Just wanted to let you know that my trailer is about to begin her 13 hour trip from Southern Oregon to Southern California... Nervous, nervous, nervous! Did I mention that I'm nervous??!! I can't wait to start this long overdue restoration!!! Pictures to follow when she arrives. Wish my 56 year old baby a safe journey!!

The trailer made it to Southern Cal safely... Happy homecoming day! Spent this afternoon washing away 8 years of Oregon pine needles, dirt, grime, and even moss. Got the gorilla tape used to secure the door and some hatches off right away, as suggested (thanks for the tip!). Got my first good look at her in a long time. She is beautiful but this is going to be a project and a half! Tomorrow I'm going to take a look at the interior and probably start stripping the crazy sponge paint job done by the PO. I will start a thread on her with pictures. She's finally here!

Thank you, Someday! I checked out your blog the other day- my, what a lot of work you have done! Your trailer is beautiful! I love that you restored her as a family. My trailer is very similar to yours (same layout, and had bunks at one time, though I'm not sure how the brackets worked to support bed frames). I have soooo much work ahead of me!
