As to quality, MICHELIN LTX MS/2 as the one from which to make comparisons (performance + longevity). OEM sizing.
An "E" Load Index [121] is a hard riding tire on a 1/2T, nor is it likely that the wheels are up to this job. The requirement appears to be around [109]; or, an XL tire.
Tire Rack (online) is a good place to make shopping comparisons (reviews, etc).
I'd also go with new shock absorbers. BILSTEIN blue/yellow HD series. See same source.
