New Tongue Jack for ‘68

Looking to get a new jack for my ‘68 ambassador 28’. The broken one on their now looks to have a triangle area for the bolts but the new electric ones I’m looking at have a circle there, would it still fit or I need to find a jack for the older models? The trailer has a weight of 5k pounds, should I get a 5k pound jack or would a lighter duty one work?
