They are great for a single axle coach.

If you try to turn a tandem axle coach, the twist in the tires will flip you across the street.

Forward and backward, is all it can safely do, again for a tandem.

I have a trailer dolly and it has never tried to flip me across the street and I have used it on my 25 28 and 25 foot boat which is also a tandem and longer than my 28. The video link shows a 5th wheeler being turned almost at a 90 degree angle. They do talk about pushing a tire bead off the tire and readjusting at 45 degrees. I have a AC 7 unit and have used it for years. Brady really tries to please and even designed a custom fitting for my Hensley. YMMV

I have never used one because my situation doesn't require it. People who have them seem to like them.

There have been some accidents and near misses with steep inclines, because it is possible to lose control of the trailer, especially with larger heavier trailers like yours.

I have a "Powercaster-PC3",use it all the time moving my 32 up the driveway and beside the house. I only have a total of 10" clearance between the house and the awning posts, and the trailer needs to be straight the whole way while being backed, curved driveway, nice landscaping does not allow use of suburban.Unit has a switch that activates trailer brakes. IF you are a idiot and try to use the PC at a 90 degree to centerline of trailer you probably will twist the tire off the rim, you can see the tire distortion of tire, simply straighten out and use incremental approach. I've never had a problem, I've even used the PC with my generator to pull into some camp sites instead of backing in , better view, wind protection, etc. Just turn your brain on while working it and you won't have a problem.
interesting first post firedog, welcome to the forums.
