Making the Ride Smoother

I have a 2017 F150 Ecoboost and tow 28' AS with pro pride hitch. As far as sway and stability I couldn't be happier. They work great together.

But one thing I would like to figure out is how to make the ride a bit smoother in the TV while towing. The biggest issues I've found is on concrete freeways. The ride is really bumpy on older freeways and although it can't be eliminated, just wondering what others have done to reduce the rough ride (besides not driving on freeways).

I've looked at a number of options, but not sure if they would work:
1) Roadmaster suspension kit
2) Bilstein shocks
3) Airbags
4) Torklift Stable load suspension.

Anyone do something to their TV that made the ride smoother? Don't want to spend money on something that wouldn't work.

Iíve got a 250 and a 27í Airstream so my setup is different, though I also have a PP hitch.

I just bought Bilsteins for my 250 and love them. They donít eliminate bumps on the highway but they definitely even out the ride a lot more quickly than the old shocks did. Truck handles better overall too, especially when not towing but also with the Airstream behind us.

Iím not sure how this translates to a 150, though.
