If so, if you had WD installed and set up correctly, just think how much closer to your desired 50:50 front:rear axle weight ratio you could get.

I don't think there is an exact ratio for weight distribution that anyone will agree on. I can only say that I will never use a wd hitch unless i need it to keep my rear axle from overloading or having my headlights point at the sky. The rig loves load on the rear axle. It tows solid as a rock and the truck is level.
