Try for a bit more weight on the steering axle.
You want that axle to be as close to or slightly more than the unloaded weight. This insures the steering geometry of the TV is maintained. That will also put more on the trailer axles and reduce the rear axle of the TV.

I am assuming the trailer is parallel to the ground, measure the frame heights while on the scale plates, when these weights were taken and will also ride that way when completed. I say this because any change you make in the WD hitch will have an effect on the trailer ride and thus the trailer axles individual load.

What truck do you have? Thkse figures may be okay for a three quarter or one ton, maybe not for a lesser tv.

You are bringing back ~50% of the weight to the steer axle. That is a great starting point. Depending on your hitch and TV you may struggle to push more weight forward.

I would run with that setup and see how it feels on the road. Nothing dangerous about the configuration assuming you are not overloading your GVWR, hitch receiver or rear axle weight rating / rear tire weight ratings.

I am towing with a Toyota Tundra 5.8L V8. It appears the numbers are within specs. Am I right in concluding that the tongue weight looks to be somewhere around 1000 pounds? BTW the trailer was empty for these weighs and not loaded for travel. It's a 2013 FB FC.

Your tongue weight is 880. 5940 - 5060. 100lbs of that gets pushed back to the trailer axles when WD is applied.

Which hitch?
It is hard to transfer weight to the front of a Tundra.

Curt Tru Track, I believe it is an Equalizer knock off. Why do you day it's hard to transfer weight to front of Tundra? I have never heard that and find that interesting. I would like to better understand.

I drive a similar combination... 2014 Tundra crewmax 5.7L 4x4 with a 25FB (Eddie Bauer). I subscribe to the FALR method of hitch setup. That's Front Axle Load Restoration. That approach says the WD hitch should restore at least 50% and not more than 100% of the weight to the front axle using the "truck only" measurement of front axle weight minus the "truck and trailer without WD active" measure as the denominator and the "truck and trailer with WD active" minus "truck and trailer without WD active" as the numerator. My aim is to top that out at 100% to restore full weight for steering and breaking and to minimize rear axle load... but the method says anywhere in the 50-100% range is acceptable.

I'm concerned that your loads were measured without full loads for camping. I'd recommend loading up and repeating the process. Only then will you know how you'll perform when you head out. For me, that includes full fuel, full fresh water, generators in the truck bed, my wife (or grandson of similar weight) in the passenger seat, food and gear (or weight to simulate that) in the trailer, etc.. The complete load for all of that in my case is 750-1,000 pounds... an appreciable percent of the total CVGW. That said, as measured your FALR is 220/400 = 55% which is within the acceptable range for the FALR method. Your specific year and model of Tundra has limits for its total weight, the total trailer max weight, front axle max weight, rear axle max weight and tongue weight. If you're looking to do a thorough assessment, those all need to be reviewed in a "ready to camp" configuration. Those weight limits are described in the owners manual and those that are VIN-specific are posted on a sticker on the driver's door frame.

I have no problem restoring 100% of the lost weight to the front axle with the Equal-I-zer hitch I use and meeting the Tundra's individual limits (although GVW and tongue weight are right at the limits... and taking a grandkid on a trip probably puts us over the Tundra's GVW limit while not exceeding the individual front or rear axle ratings).

2007 Tundra Limited CrewMax
2013 Airstream Classic 30
Equal-i-zer Original 4-point sway control hitch 1,200# bars
6 washers in the hitch head before adequate sway control...
Also raised the L-brackets so the weight bars are not parallel to the trailer tongue, but taper upward toward the L-brackets.
Anything less than this provided virtually no sway control.
EazLift was easier- just lift another chain link into the saddle.
Curt Trutrack looks pretty much like an Equal-i-zer.
Try adding another washer and raising the L-brackets.
I had to go beyond the provided instructions.
The dealer, the tech at the Airstream factory, and Equal-i-zer tech support would only quote me the instructions which I already had...
Just adding 1 more washer might get you there.
It's worth a try.
