Front Bedroom Weight Penalty?

My apologies if this has been asked a 100 times before, my search didn't find anything. So on the newer AS, why is there about a 300 lb. weight increase for the front bedroom models compared to the rear bedroom of the same length?

Only a guess.

Hi, I don't actually know, but maybe because of the shower on one side and the bathroom on the other side, instead of together like mine. Or maybe because of particle board being used instead of plywood on the cabinets. [particle board is heavier than plywood] I have all plywood in my trailer, but a few have mentioned having particle board in their newer trailers. Does anyone know for a fact that their trailer has particle board in it or were these false statements?
