The sticker on the A frame is for the camera to know the angle of the camper as you back it. It feeds the data into the computer and the truck steers itself accordingly based on the a combination of the camera input and the driver input on the small knob on the dash. You never touch the steering wheel once it is engaged (it fusses at you if you do) - though you can override it with the steering wheel.

It is really a cool feature drives a passenger crazy to see the wheel spinning this way & that.

It is really helpful for my motorcycle trailer which is very twitchy due to the short distance from Ball to wheels.
