EZ Trailer Connector?

Has anyone used this new style 7-pin connector on their Airstream?

Looks pretty cool. But then I would have to replace the other utility trailers and the other TV that could get costly.

But if you just use it on the AS I don't see why is wouldn't work well.

But then, Why fix what isn't broken....

Hey Mike,
When I bought my new tow vehicle, it came wired with the flat 7 pin connector. I swithed the 9 pin plug that was on my airstream to a 7 pin flat plug(bought it a NAPA). I had to leave out two wires, but they were ones that weren't being used anyway. Mine works pretty slick.

I should have explained why I made this thread in the first place. I found out today that the trailer end of my 7-pin connector is bad. One contact point is actually missing (the one for my running lights, no wonder they don't work). While researching this problem online, I came across this website. Looks like a nice product and was just curious if anybody is using one.

Better be REAL good for $109.00.

I think Jason may be right......"if it ain't broke, fix it 'til it is"

If you keep the TV connection "stock" you won't be limited to towing your trailer with just one TV.
