I might also try 72 psi in the trailer tires instead of the 65 psi I have been running.
If anything else, this might cause less alerts from TPMS because when it gets cold the trailer tires will still be at 65 psi and the truck tires will still be at 33 psi.
I'm sure this is tried and true for you and I only share this in kindness.

People who have trailed a lot have had blowouts and tire separation. The biggest cause is over inflated tires. Including normal pressure in a desert heat.

When you have one with an AS, flying rubber is like an explosion which can take out a lot of undercarriage as well as aluminum trim not to mention loss of vehicle control.

Be well,
Popeye

Actually the biggest cause us under inflated tires causing heat buildup. Overinflated?

So leave well enough alone?
33 psi it is.
Been working for all these years.
Seems we sometimes try to re-invent the wheel or second guess the engineers from time to time.

we pulled a 25' Classic with a F150 with tow pkg, and felt the C rated tires caused a porpoising type ride. Switched to an E rated tire and that went away, although the ride empty suffered, reducing air pressure to 50 psi helped some. You will be fine towing with your current setup, try it and see how it works.

Never had a tire blow out from being overinflated, Max air pressure there is less sidewall flex, thus less heat, experienced this with the big truck tires with heavy loads and 110 degree days, my steer tires run 120 lbs air, on a hard run they will go up to 132 lbs pressure , if they were under inflated the tires would even be hotter, heat will destroy a tire..

33 psi front and rear is per the door placard.
Without looking my knee jerk reaction would be to say maximum inflation pressure on the sidewalk is 42 or so psi like most P-rated tires.

Every time I tended a blowout in the towing days, I would find the other tires on the vehicle were Under inflated, never over inflated.

What does the Classic weigh when loaded? What is the max towing capacity for your Tundra? LR-E may not be the biggest worry for towing.

Just my opinion, but if you load the truck within its specifications, then the tires recommended by Toyota should be fine. If you overload the truck with tongue weight or trailer weight, your problems are likely to be bigger than the tires on the truck. At least one member, and probably more, tow Classic 30's with Tundras and report good experiences.

Being new to RVs let alone AS making the initial tow 7hrs home I wanted some insight to put my mind at ease. My 6 plys were at 48 (50 max) and AS at 54 (65 max). I had to make a few adjustments to the WD system but once I got it dialed in the truck and trailer did great. Aside from driving through Birmingham which fealt like what I would imagine driving on the moon (pot marked craters) the drive went well. I also look at gas stations entirely differently ; ).

Thanks again for the insight folks. A lot of great info and members on this forum.

Just a reminder - until we see pictures, it didn't happen.

Congratulations!
