Colonial Airstream Rocks

I want to shout this in a new thread in case you haven't read my other post.

Colonial Airstream in Lakewood NJ Rocks. If anyone is considering buying a new Airstream that's the place. I drove from Florida to purchase my 23D from them and very happy I did.

They installed a hitch for me that I purchased elsewhere and when I got to the campground I couldn't take the sway bars off. I wrote a post on here looking for help. Well, they evidently read the post, and contacted me to come back to resolve my issues.

Well, I'm glad I did. They re-measured and re-adjusted everything. Being i'm flying solo they also made sure right there that I could work the hitch all by myself before leaving the dealership.

Best of all, are you ready? I got a free gift for having to return for a fix. How great are they?

Go see Brian in service, he'll "hook you up". Tell him Lia sent you and give him a hug and a kiss for me.

Great news! Having just had them adjust my hitch, I was confident they would correct anything that didn't work right. They have that kind of integrity. Very glad to hear this report!!

Happy camping!

I'll add my voice to the Colonial Airstream fan club. We bought a new FC27 from them in August '14. That was earlier than planned, but it appeared that Airstream was going to discontinue the twin bed option. Since the so-called "Queen" is 2 inches shorter than I am tall, the twin option was important to us. Colonial kept the trailer on their lot at no charge until we took it this May, including winterizing and commissioning in the spring. Very good to deal with and followed up with us when we had a problem with the water system, which turned out to have been caused by the pump strainer housing not being fully tightened. They do a huge business, especially in used Airstreams.
