The tongue twister is a jack stand device that allows you to wrench the hitch point right or left. It's handy for PP and Hensley users as you don't have to keep moving the tow vehicle to align the stinger with the hitch head if it's within a couple inches. I use one as well but found it to be a little unstable on occasion from front to back. I made a base for mine out of some scrap 3/4" plywood. Much better IMHO. The 4x4's in the pic are not part of it.

We've been using a tongue twister/hitch helper for nine years now. It's the bomb to get that Hensley right or left an inch or two.

Interesting. I'd never heard of these devices but they look like a Hensley/ProPride users dream.

If you don't have a back up camera on your TV you are missing a real treat when placing the stinger in the slot on the first attempt with a Hensley or ProPride. And, if you have one, all you need is a switch to use a camera on the rear of your TT. That's a double treat. I got all my stuff for that at CarToys. They are probably cheaper online, but I needed technical help and advise. You can pay for your backup camera if you avoid just one backing accident. That is why I have both!

Great idea. There are times when I unhook that there is a little resistance due to the trailer and the tv not being in the same plane side to side with the result that there is movement of the tongue twister forward.
