BlueOX - 2017 F350 Shank

Has anyone out there confirmed or not if the 9 hole Blueox shank will get low enough on the 2017 F350? I am trying to avoid going to the 11 hole if possible. I keep reading mixed reviews.

Thanks

I have one on my my wife's Audi that we use to tow. I'll test on my 2017 F350 tomorrow and will report back. Was supposed to do today but got lazy.

Thanks Jimmy. was it close? Yours is about 1/2 in lower than ours. That 111" is log. looking like that is the path we will need though

When you say 9 hole - have you found a 9 hole shank that is a 2 1/2 inch, or are you using a 2 inch shank with a reducing sleeve?

Im just planning on using a 2" with my reducer sleeve. Mine does not have slop in it so it does not bother me.

In Case anyone runs into this. I ended up getting a Curt Welded shank. I got Curt #17173. It's 1/2 the price of the BlueOX 11 hole and also weighs 8lbs less. It's also shorter by 3 1/2 inches giving more ground clearance. I set it on the bottom hole. Things look good and level. When I was checking it prior to torquing the bolts down and before setting the bars. It looked like the nose of the AS was slightly down. After setting the bars it seemed spot on. I possibly could go one hole up and might need to if I have weight in the bed but I am going to run with this for now.
