That photo deserves a "caption" contest...

That is just too funny not to ask the members to create the perfect caption...

Looks like a Wedding Limo and Honeymoon Cottage package rental to me...

Any other thoughts on how to describe that vision appropriately?

Yes,

It takes about two blocks to turn it. Probably qualifies as the worst turning radius vehicle ever made
