air compressor

We are first time airstream owners. We just purchased an '84 270 motorhome. On the trip home the air ride compressor failed. We received really good advise from Fred Heinz about filling the accumulator tank mannually. We were able to make it home safely. Thanks, Fred. Now we are going to replace the compressor and are looking for advice. To be perfectly candid, I haven't even located it yet. Thanks for any help. Tom

Welcome to the forums and congratulations on your purchase. I am sorry to hear you had a mishap on your first trip. I do not have a compressor but have it on a wish list to add someday. Try this link which I had saved for future use.
