Can I purchase an adapter for this at an auto parts store?

Hi

Yes.

You might consider changing your personal info from "looking" to a description of which AS you have. That would help people work out which parts you might be looking for.

What are you trying to adapt from?

What are you trying to adapt to?

In some cases a new cable or socket is a better answer.

If you want to go from a 7 way spade (RV) in your vehicle to a 4 way flat (boat trailer, etc) there's an adapter.
If you only have the 4 way flat in your vehicle, then you can make your own adapter, but you won't have brakes or 12v.
There's not a commercially made one I know of because it's technically illegal.
