2015 Rangerover pulling a Globetrotter

wondering if I will need a brake system and stabilizer bars....(new to this)

I would use a weight distribution hitch with sway control (e.g Eaz-Lift) and an electric trailer brake controller (e.g. Techonsha P3).

I wouldn't count on it.



But, yes a weight distributing hitch with sway control and a brake controller will make things nicer, assuming you are moving.



I like our Reese Dual Cam.

Check on your specific Range Rover, but typically a 7700 lb tow rating. Assume you are talking the 2018 Globe Trotter which weighs 5900 to 6200 lbs empty ( depending on options). So loaded you might be around 7000 lbs. You will be at the upper limit of the Range Rover. A weight distributing hitch is mandatory. Same with a brake controller to actuate the trailer brakes.
